A provisionally registered medical, dental or allied health professional shall, within fourteen days after being issued with provisional certificate, report and commence internship training in a designated facility.
Failure to report and commence intership shall warrant the Medical Officer in charge of a facility to refuse acceptance of an intern unless he assigns justifiable reasons for such delay.
